Any violation of these acceptable usage guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund.

4. Payment, Renewal, and Cancellation

Payment and Renewal

  • Fees: You are responsible for all subscription and service fees as outlined during registration or purchase. Fees will be billed to your designated payment method.
  • Renewal: Hosting or domain services are set to renew automatically unless you cancel the service before the renewal date.
  • No Refund on Renewal: Once a hosting or domain renewal is processed, the associated payment is non-refundable. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your service prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time. However, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
  • Refunds: If you cancel after a renewal has been processed, no refund will be issued for the renewed period. Refunds, if applicable, are provided only according to our specific refund policy, which is subject to change without notice.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • “As Is” Basis: Faster Clouds services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service: We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
  • Limitation of Liability: Faster Clouds and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our cumulative liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Faster Clouds reserves the right to modify, update, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For paid subscriptions: If there is a price or substantial service change, you will be notified. Should you disagree with the changes, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid the new charges.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

8. Governing Law
